here's a simple question: how come none of the admins participate in the forum anymore?

when i first came to the forum almost all the admins and mods posted most of the stuff

but now....I see a lot of "thanks" but almost no real participation in any other way.

Along with personal duties, since the forum has got much bigger and busier, we (mods & admins) have to spend a lot of the time keeping the forum alive at all times, optimizing it the best way we can and making sure the members are happy .
It may seem as if we are not participating as much but a lot is going on behind the scenes.
Personally I am very busy these days so I'm not as active as before.
