Any Talents?

Well i always hated the word talent, even more so when people say you were born with such and such skill, it fueled my blood because it disregarded all that years of hard work of taking control of the skill....

well i wanted to know if anyone had any skills whatsoever, i'll start

when i was younger, my mother always forced me to compete with other "white" kids (not to offend some, non-white parents usually point out colours especially when your not from the residing country) in my class. Even though we were poor as hell, (had one set of school uniforms and could barely afford tomorrow's dinner) she always forced me to go to piano/violin lessons and my favourite, drawing lessons which we couldnt even afford back then (we're rich now, well nt rich but close hahaha....needless to say i continued the lessons since i was 18 and dropped the music lessons and pursuited a career in drawing........

i want to know about you guys...this is a place to learn about one another so by all means share

ive always thinks talent are developed, even if your family has a long history of musicians, you werent born knowing how to play piano, it was the way you grew up, the people who surrounded you, those elements in your life count much more then "precognitive Genes"
anyways, if you spend time developing and perfecting one or another skill, feel proud of it, because it is your work, dedication, time and patience no one else's
