No, I'm happy with my Xbox360 
I got one for christmas and I love it. You can set the Kinect not to be on all the time (for all of you concerned). However, there is nothing out for me to play except Assassin's Creed Black Flag and Lego Marvel (which I already own on the 360). Neither PS4 or Xbox One has enough games yet. Wait until March, both systems will have a few games out by then. The only reason I got it is because like my Apple products, I'm already invested in the environment.
