Any boy, and I speak of males over age 18, who is attractive and desirable to me is hot, regardless of his race or country of origin. Now having said that, I have observed that Arabian men in general seem to be more comfortable with gestures of affection and close friendship (amongst each other) like kissing and hugging...much more comfortable that we North Americans and even some Europeans. That could prove embarrassing if one misinterprets a physical touch to mean a sexual invitation.
