Whatever the company may say, if you paid by credit card, you can demand a refund for any goods which are not of merchantable quality, not from the sex shop, through the credit card people. In practice few customers ever claim for sex toys because they cant face the embarasment of explaining to the girl from Visa that this gadget is too rubbish to bust a nut with. The sellers of crap like the autoblow rely on this. If you can find the courage, it would be great to hear you get the refund that is rightfully yours.

I try that I bought it with the PayPal MasterCard and they said no I can't get my money back .. I so now don't want to pay the bill but don't want to wreck my credit all up...

it like any ad for a sex toy/dick pill - NO ONE ever returns it because if they do it seems like it didn't work "for them":thinking::worried: AND maybe they have "other issues" stopping them from fucking/and/or/getting sucked by a small machine.
