When he played Superman in Superman Returns, the studio had to digitally reduce the bulge in his tights...
An actress on set commented that while he's obviously quite gifted in that department, she felt sorry for him because he was very embarrassed, which was only made worse by the costume crew constantly reaching in to rearrange things in attempt to diminish the bulge...
I thought that sounded stupid, after all the more you play with it the bigger it gets, lol...
