While we're translating English to English would someone tell me the differance between a Scally and a Chav?
Also I often here the terms Council or Estate lads used WTF does that mean? Is a "Council estate" some sort of low income housing (in the US we call them "projects")?

Scally & Chav are pretty much the same thing, just depends where you come from. Basically someone who is a bit low-grade, rough, and untrustworthy. In some cases it's just a style these days. Council Estate is probably the same as your "projects".
For porn there is a "fetish" , for want of a better word, for a "bit of rough" , which is why those films are popular.
