yeah i still get the local some town newspaper
side note............. newspaper help me learn how to read when i was a child i could not speak for years and never really learn how 2 sound out words thats why my spelling suc , i was in learn class for it that never did help so i love sports and woould pick up the pittsburgh post and usatoday when i could so i could read about sports and over the years i learn i still can read better then i can spell, never did learn how to sound out words its all memory

its ok i got over it look time ok i can speak good now if i just stay with the wors i know i watch how other ppl say words and try to repet them i do could i have a really deep sexy voice u would love it if u think them kind of things

I had a speech impediment growing up as well, along with 30% hearing loss. I stuttered, and I still stutter when I'm really pissed off. People who know me, clear out if my voice begins to crack,lol.
It was funny growing up because along with advanced math, science and reading classes, I was also in special education. And I now speak in a somewhat upper-class "Chicago brogue" accent, which caused me to be teased by my southern accented classmates. They were also able to "retrain" my hearing to compensate for the damage. I still have trouble within a certain frequency range, but I can also hear stuff that most people cannot, like that "secret ring tone" the kids use that they say people over 21 can't hear...
But back on topic, It would help if we knew what you want to use the laptop for? School? Gaming? Just surfing the net and email? Porn?
If it's just for school and email, you can get a decent laptop new for $600-$700, or even one of those new mini laptops for $300-$400, but those don't have any optical drives (CD/DVD ROM) however, you can use an external drive with them. You can also use these laptops for porn, but they probably won't play Hi-def videos very well.
If you want it for gaming, it will be expensive, I'd suggest a good custom built desk top..

I need it for school , i have a xbox for games so i dont need it for that . i was thinking netbook but dont know if it would be fast enough

New ones are quite cheap now, I personally don't like laptops and never use them, but it's probably worth paying that bit extra and getting something new & decent.
