The video that you linked to is on the GFI website. I looked at the other videos posted by that user to see if they were from the same movie. I am unable to tell, but they are all from the same era (looks like early to mid 90s). I also ran a search for the runtime of "6:18" with some other keywords to see if anything came up, but nothing relevant on google. I realize it's painstaking, but going through each link on this page may be helpful to you.
Ok, so apparently I'm too dumb to corectly anonymize the link, so I suggest just googling Al's pornstars. It's a directory with links to many vintage model bios.

It may well be the 2000s, but I think early to mid 2000s at the latest (or just encoded at very low quality). The lack of body hair is also suggestive of 1992-2005ish. I realize that is not much to go on.
The user that posted the clip on GFI also has a profile on Xtube. Go to that site and search for user "IlikeEmStocky". You may be able to send him a message and inquire. His GFI account has been inactive for years.
