I'll make a wild guess and say that the top is most likely Ben Huller (aka Oliver Strelly) Though Ben isn't quite as muscular, so I'm either wrong or the photo is probably photo-shopped.

I'm looking at the set-design and I'm guessing this is either B.a.d.p.u.p.p.y or F.r.e.s.h.m.a.n.X.. My guess is F.r.e.s.h.m.a.n.X because I think Ben Huller was a model there

Wow, thanks for that. I used to watch p-o-p-b-o-y-s videos alot. Can't believe I didn't recognize him; but Ben's upper body does look more muscular than usual in the pic I linked to.
