I was thinking donations could possibly be made overtime and collected before being prepared for ingestion. They could collect every one of their shots for a couple months until it's time to combine their loads after reaching a certain target. I actually think 3 litres is a bit on the light side, I was thinking more along the lines of 3 gallons, not litres.
