Yes, there is evil and yes, Satan/the Devil, are the rejects from the Q Continuum.
Hell is where they live, probably a very shitty planet close to a sun. Is where all bad souls go.

I think there really are evil possessed people in this world...

evil is what to you see it as , a human stepping on an ant is evil to the ant .. , but some people enjoy stepping on the ant, it gives them a buzz, . If there was however an ant with a sign saying step on me , then would you ? could you be that evil to the ant?
we dont go anywhere when we die, we are just clever apes, all we do is rot , to assume there is a " up and and down " eg heven etc then you must then state you are not human , you are not an ape and therefore can tread on as many ants as you want. until you get stopped.
