It really depends!

When I'm taking out a credit card or making a big purchase I sure as hell read it! Also, when I'm using an online service that could affect my income I do too. As a keen photographer I have to be very careful what sites I upload my work to or I could end up giving away rights to my work and losing money!

But for small stuff, I really don't give a shit! Any contract that breaches my statutory rights is null and void anyway, so they can only screw you so badly :)

If it's coming from Microsoft I read it, Apple I don't own any so I don't care, from my phone company oh do I ever read it and challenge them with their clauses LOL. Just like GB I will read when this can seriously affect my credit, income or lifestyle even... but beside that... those TOS copied from another website are so discussable and so not to speed with actual bylaws normally written by Uncle Joe who is a farmer not a lawyer LOL, which I know I can beat them off so easily that I'll just click on "accept" right away.

Actually, I always read before I click the "I accept" button. I had one bad experience a few years back with some company where I never read the tiny print at the bottom of the page, and had to live with consequences.

Trust me, it was truly a learning experience... that's the best way to describe it.
