Finally , I understand now , this is the exercise to enlarge the penis ,

I don't know if this exercise work or not !

I've tried it 6 years ago but combined with other exercises.
I followed one free program with complete detailed exercises with videos and tutorials and I gained one centimeter in 3 months.
Then I was too lazy to continue that routine (and I'm still lazy too), btw I think that I'm enough big!
