The scene is from "Ace's Place", from Studio 2000. The muscular guy with the ball gag is Randy Stone. The smaller guy/dom is Rhett O'Hara. Ace is Ace Hanson. I still have the movie, I think. If you want, I will look for it and upload it. But, I have to search for it. It's boxed up.
Btw, it is a hot scene and the movie has a lot of musclemen in it. Casey Williams, Robert Balint, Trent Atkins and some others. Unfortunately, I have never been able to find other movies with Randy Stone. I think that this was his only video.
