Mostly I do but I think everyone experiences sometimes a moment when they ask themselves "Why the hell am I doing this?" or "Why the hell did I do that?" :/

I think as you get older you understand yourself more.We all make stupid mistakes and choices which on reflection were mad,We all have character faults but you must be honest with yourself.It's silly to try to be perfect,nobody is, you just try your best.Understanding yourself is easy if you can accept your faults as well as your good points.And don't try to analize everything it will drive you crazy.
