Downloading Embedded Video Help Needed

I just subscribed to a couple of websites and found that you cannot download the videos and can only view in the web browser. Is there a way to download encrypted embedded video from a website? I tried a couple of programs but they don't work. Can anyone help?

Much appreciated.

Try the 'download helper' addon for FireFox

That doesn't work with encrypted video. Have tried all that. Thanks anyway.
