not heard of this one before, but I came across some pretty negative comments from users(below)-so perhaps some caution is advised?

Today I downloaded the update to FormatFactory (2.20 to 2.30) and not only was it no good at converting (didn't convert the files it normally does), but it also installed Quickstores toolbar and Ask Toolbar!!!
And I do pay attention when I install stuff, so they put in there very sneakily!

I use it regularly for the videofiles from my digital camera. The new version wouldn't convert them and then I found out about the toolbars.
Completely crashed my firefox when I tried to remove them
so I had to restore an image to get things running smooth again.
