I just paid for a membership and could not log on after I followed their instructions on creating my password. I have sent 2 emails to find out what the problem is and they have not answered. I used the method of having them send me my lost password 8 times. Each time it says that "an email has been sent to my email address with my password". I have not had a single reply from them. They did take my money and told me my order number though using my sign-in email address. this really stinks. they took my money and I have no premium membership. You may want to think twice before you deal with them
nothing has worked. i have spent 2 hours using all their links and stupid instructions. NOTHING!!
ANY ONE HELP ME?

thanks but I have tried all of those. I am always left chasing my tail...around and around. I have emailed all the "support" links and they never give me any information for help. there is a "denis@....." and I have sent him 5 emails and he has not answered any of them. He is getting them because none have come back to me.

I don't know where they are based but as it's Sunday maybe you will get a response in 12 - 24 hrs when someone is manning an office?

after 4 days of no answers to my emails for help, i have a reply. it simply repeated the URLs for their unhelpful support page and how to change pass words. THEY DID FOR THE FIRST TIME INCLUDE THE PASSWORD THAT THEY NEVER SENT ME IN THE BEGINNING. i used it and it worked. ~X:)no::angry:

I had a similar problem, the problem was that I've registered and then buy the premium account, but didn't activate the account, so I had some problems.

Once I've activated the account the problem was gone

thanks for the info...but they never included my password in my first email from them. they only gave me my loging name. i searched all over that email for the password. all there were were URLs for changing a password but since they did not give me a password that was of no use. i have had many many transactions where i purchased a membership but never had this experience before.... and the guy Denis never responded to my help requests for 4 days.
avoid these people if you want a nice day.

Is it possible their replies have been filtered into a spam folder either by your mail provider or by your mail client?

I cannot account for any of the weird behavior by "Denis@..." or why they never chose to send me my original confirmation without the password. needless to say i have many many years experience with signing in to web sites and never had i had this happen...and to be ignored by the "support" for 4 days. i have since emailed him 2 days ago to ask why my download speeds are only 125-250 kps ( which is slower than many free download hosts) but he has not replied. very bad download speed for "Premium" and poor service from SUPPORT. buyer beware:no:

Your answer completely ignores the point I made. You are assuming that no reply was sent, are you sure? Could it be that a reply was sent but that your mail provider or your email client "saved" you from it because it was seen as spam? It was coming from a "suspicious" site after all (in the eyes of the content industry anyway). It strikes me as improbably that an automated email was not sent at all, but quite probably that such an automated email would be marked as spam. It wouldn't be the first time such a thing happened.

So, have you checked with your provider and your client that the mail is not in a spam folder somewhere?

Thanks for the advice.:thumbs up: i appreciate it. i have only the original email from extabit confirming my purchase and providing me with my login name only....no password to go with it. that is stupid. moreover i have had 4 identical emails from "Denis@...." sent on the same day and he has never responded to any of my other emails about the 150-250 kps download speeds.

I cannot for the life of me figure out how to get Extabit files into my download accelerator, Flashget. No response from them. Any ideas?
