God I hate facebook!

I'm going to delete my account. Just had a dozen notifications of being tagged in "sims" photos where I don't exist! I don't even know who the guy is!!

You can bet he just got a right blast from me )

Try that with the 3.5k worth of random people I barely know.. I get a shedload of random shite constantly!

Facebook is good in small doses and horrific in large ones!

I know, most add me because they are friends of others or maybe they just trawl through looking for people to latch onto!

I really hate those sites, only use it for advertising Some tell you they've just had a haircut ) It's as bad as twitter , why do I need to know that )

If it asks you to log in or to install a new application only to see those 'tags', it's better to ignore them because they can be not safe, some kind of spams etc.

I have an account just so I could share some dog pictures and vacation pictures with some people who are to far away. After more than a year, I have a whopping six friends.

OK, you guys... seriously, Facebook is not that horrible. It helps people to connect to others that they may have not heard from in years and can actually bring people together. Without Facebook, I would've never met my sister for the first time (on my father's side... and she had been looking for me since I was a child); reconnected with close friends I thought I lost contact with forever and actually helped to strengthen some older friendships and connections I've had in the past.

As for all of the "apps", you can block whichever ones are pestering you the most.

It's a great place if you see all of the positivity it can bring and not just the annoyances...

I enjoy Facebook, I don't use it for the apps, or anything like that, mostly just keeping in touch with people I wouldn't normally.
