Filefactory & Depositfile trouble.

How are you uploading the files?
I used to have this problem with a lot of file hosts using their front page and their own uploaders. I now use filezilla and find that a lot better, Share MyURL.in: filezilla-project.org/. It shouldn't have anything to do with your virus protector.

I have never attempted to upload anything to DepositFiles. Given my experience downloading files from there as a free user, I would never subject others to it...
Back when I was posting regularly, and yes... At one time I was a very active poster until I joined the staff here and was advised by then Admin. that posting as a staff member could cause problems for the forum, I always used SendSpace (slow but dependable and free) and RapidShare (back when everyone had an account) and a few to MegaUpload and MediaFire.
Unlike many others here, and as anyone on the staff here can attest to, I am very much against anyone making money from posting. I shared for the sake of sharing, nothing else.
All of these people posting for profit have made life hell for EVERYONE, not just file sharers.
By targeting pirates, the worlds governments have been given the excuses they need to introduce all these fucking bills, with there hidden agenda of censorship and surveillance, that we are constantly fighting and protesting against.
So no, I have never uploaded to DepositFiles, nor FileFactory, Oron, Rapidgator, or any of those other shit host that everyone is using to make a profit at the expense of my (and everyone else's) privacy and personal freedom...
