The problem is identifying the "common busy hours". Exactly when is that because anytime I've tried to download whether it be really early in the morning or late at night and anytime in between, it's been soooooooo slooooooow (up to 6hrs on a 180mb file)? I admit that occasionally it will be fast but even then when I tried to download a file at the same time some other day, it's bogged down again. I avoid it now altogether.
