you click on link. thenon the right hand column there is a timer for free downloads. Wait until a button appears. Then click the "Download" button. This then opens up a page with the download button in the top center. Seems as though its causing some pop-page. Just ignore that.
Sorry im not good with taking pics and circling it. But the act of download is pretty straightforward. Just click the download button once after time, then second time to initate download.

thankfully I succeeded with a few dls as a free freakshare-user in the past; too bad that this crapy host doesn't allow any free downloads either through Browser/JDownloader over the last few days;
