Horrendous stuff

I mentioned this a little while ago , there was a programme on BBC Radio 4 about this, and although life was far from perfect under Saddam Hussain at least it wasn't this bad for the gay population.

That was a direct extermination too against a certain part of the population, but it was more of a vendetta/nationalistic whim thing by a madman as opposed to just their sexuality. Of course that was evil too!

This is wholesale intollerance by a larger part of a population , indroctinated by religious prejudice, not against any one people, but anyone who doesn't conform to their way of thinking regardless of nationality or cultural background.
