I just watched it, and it was great, but there was not much nudity except for the women in Littlefinger's brothel, and one guy that a girl was sitting on. I was rivetted to the screen for all Robb's scenes, especially the one with Theon (Alfie Allen). There was also a cute exchange between Robb and his prisoner, Jamie Lanister, where Jamie questions Robb's sexual orientation. Richard Madden (Robb Stark, King of the North) was also in a UK series called Sirens last year, and his character was gay.

Lot of exposition and character introduction in the first episode, hopefully there will be some more nudity in episodes coming up. I've read the book and there should be more stuff with Alfie Allen too which hopefully they will keep in

Love the show, and I'm reading the books, too.
The biggest difference between the books and the HBO series is one they had to make, and that's the age of the characters. Robb Stark and Jon Snow are both 14 years old in Game Of Thrones, and 15 in Clash Of Kings. Bran Stark is under 10 in both books. Daenerys is 13 years old when she marries the Dothraki in Game Of Thrones and becomes pregnant. Joffrey Lannister turns 13 just after he is crowned, and asks Sansa Stark if she is capable of conceiving yet at the end of Game Of Thrones. She tells him that she isn't.
George R.R. Martin is a fine writer. His huge books move along at a fast pace, and he keeps the reader where the main action is, not sitting around a campfire while characters talk about what has happened, like Tolkien. He also assumes his readers are smart enough to catch information casually thrown into descriptions and dialogue.
