Yes.

Depends what you want. Are you looking for somewhere to actually chat, about matters sexual and non-sexual? Or would you primarily use it to seek out sex partners? Or a bit of both? Do you want an all-in-one chat room where guys from all over the world are in the same room? Or do you need a site with dedicated rooms based on geographical location, fetishes etc.?

Whatever the reason, don't expect too much from a chat site, and be prepared to put in a bit of effort making conversation. With the rise of broadband, many guys log on and then proceed to do things on other sites without watching the room, or even forget that they are logged in; this results in a chat room that appears to be full of people but with hardly anyone talking. "Conversations" that just read like wanted ads, such as ""Fit passive guy seeking muscular top in Portsmouth, your place or mine" are not exactly what I call chat.

The only two chat sites I still visit regularly are Gaydar (gaydar dot co dot uk) and Gearfetish. The latter is nice and friendly, but is really for guys with some kind of fetish such as leather, jeans, boots, bondage etc., rather than vanilla sex. It also has only the one room, so the conversation can get dominated by things about the U.S. - not so good if you are from somewhere else.
