Well, I guess you're looking for audio books in German. Althought my knowledge of German is pretty poor after two years since I've had it last in school, I googled this one: http://www.nullrefer.com/?http://sh...els-Abenteuer-aus-der-Berliner-Homoszene.html
It's not free download. It's probably impossible to find. I tried to google simply "Gay-Hörbücher" and find only this one. Maybe you can google some list of gay themed books, with titles in German and afterthat try pick some concrete one title from it and google it with adding "Hörbücher".

I hope someone will translate my post for you. My German is really poor.
