The best is probably Sitges in Spain. Everything you might want is there, from a restaurant with drag queens (who come out and perform during the meal) to nudist beaches, to underwear (which doesn't stay on long) parties and great cruisy places, not least the beach at night 
It's a few years since I last went but it probably hasn't changed much. Google it!
I showed my Dad a photo of me with one of the drag queens in the restaurant, he wasn't impressed) My Mum found it amusing
