Assuming you mean copyrighted porn, unless you encrypt it, probably not. Probably a great way to lose your account!

So far, I haven't had any issues with accounts or files being deleted. However, I also haven't uploaded anything like porn and don't post my links all over the place. So I'd say that it's great to use depending on how and where you share, especially since the number of good file hosts is now limited. Most seem to use it for music though rather than video.
If you choose to try GD (for personal use or on sites that may allow it), I recommend only sharing your links with trusted individuals as well as limiting yourself to only posting the links within just one or two small communities.
