Help me, I cannot delete file

Ive tried every possible way that i know... ive reboot.. i have disable UAC... is there any other way?

Have you tried cutting and pasting into the recycle bin.

Might sound odd but I had a similar problem some time ago and it worked!

Reboot in Windows safe mode. Once in safe mode you will be able to delete the file. Then restart back in regular Windows.

There is a free program called Unlocker which has worked for me although it seems strange that re-booting doesn't solve the problem. Another way, which has also worked, is to move everything you want to keep out of the directory which contains the problem file, and then delete the directory.

The easiest way is having two operating systems: one M$ and one Linux.
If you have these kind of problems, you boot Linux and delete the unnecessary files from there.
It works always.
