I have about a thousand gay porn DVDs (a lot are from a couple of studios on the banned list, but most are not), but I have never ripped a DVD in my life! Years ago I bought some software, tried it on both computers I had at the time, and could never get it to work properly. :angry: After that, I just gave up. ~X(
Nowadays, it seems like everyone knows how to do it but me, even acquaintances who are far less tech-savvy in general than I am manage to copy every DVD they rent from netflix!
I would like to contribute more meaningfully to Gay Heaven (I have about 4 terabytes of gay porn on my computer, but a lot of it is from sites that are banned here, and a lot of the rest is already on Gay Heaven), but I need help on the software front to take content from my DVD collection...there are so many options to purchase, but I don't want to buy software only to not have it work for me as in the past. I am a member on d3m0n01d and a couple of other similar sites, so I have access to software there, but I can't figure out what is the best software to try. I want it to be something pretty foolproof (demuxing and all that shit just confused me when I was reading about it a while ago) with good recommended settings. Mostly I want to extract best sex scenes from my DVDs, rather than full DVD rips (plus it will be quicker to upload scenes rather than entire films). I have one Windows 7 (Home Premium 64) computer, and one Windows XP Professional computer. I'd rather use the XP Pro computer for this type of thing so it doesn't tie up my main computer at home.
Can anyone help?
