HJSplit Vs. Bypassing the RG 500 MB download restriction?

I've been using HJSplit to divide large video files into 500mb chunks when uploading for RG users to download, but I've come across a few posts (for example http://www.gayheaven.org/showpost.php?p=2567771&postcount=2361) where apparently that 500 MB limit can be bypassed when free users download?

Is this by way of a premium link generator? I have not been very successful in locating one that directs back to RG.

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance! :cheers:
