This is for everyone who hookups/ one night stands

Before I start I would like you to know I am not asking because trying to pass judgement. I just want to know when you go looking for someone to have sex with how do you not worry about getting a Disease I looked on Craiglist shooked on see a lot of men looking for sex. This is not something I would do but how can you have sex with someone you don't know and how do you stay safe. I with I could be that free

I always let someone know where I'm going. You can check the guys adress (that he is speaking the truth) from his phone number etc. And diseace vise, wear condom, get the information about diseases and knowledge about what increases the risk of infection. I think that being carefull, the risk of infection is very small. And at least in here, if I get some disease, it most likely isn't HIV, and others pretty much curable. You get other diseases too, that are curable. The sex education has demonized sex diseases as somenthing more deviant than other diseases spread by human.

I try not to pass judgment towards something that I don't engage in within my own personal life...but I have to say that in regard to Wardell's post...I totally relate to what is being mentioned. With all the diseases and crazy people in the world today...I find it to be riveting that a lot of guys still love the "hookup scene" despite of it all. Due to the fact that I've had a close friend who got killed by a guy whom he had hooked up with ....this is something that had scared me ever since. In fact...this is one of the reasons why I have difficulty embracing guys who have contacted me in regard to a hookup weekend and they live out of town and do not have a clue the type of individual I am and lusting after what they see in a profile picture. Honestly...I've seen and come across a lot of guys on the Internet and in person...but in regard to the Internet...I am a advocate of trying to get to know something about them such as; personality, characteristics, etc. and them getting to know something about me before I even consider the fact of a future meeting and this process has to go on for awhile prior to getting to that meeting phase...however...again...this is just me speaking from my perspective no one else...

Oh yes, very good thing you mentioned jw4833, it's always good to try to talk as much as bossible before hookups, maybe even in Skype. And trust your guts. If somenthing feels off, don't risk it. And it's always more fun if you can sync with the guy in other levels as well, and can have other kinda fun too

And still so sorry for your friend jw4833 There are lots of crazy people out there. There for it's very important to take in consederation where you are too. For example in Finland, I have never read anything about that kinda horrible incident. But yeah, even in here you may risk running into some crazy pyschopath. Never go anywhere without someone else knowing the location, and with whom you're going with. You can end up regretting not going, but you can also end up regretting going.

I always look for fun hookups, the kinds I really enjoy being with in other levels too. Have had few bad ones(not in violent way or anything, but more like inconsiderate and selfish types), but mostly had really much fun And if someone gets violent on you, give him some:butslap:

Thank you Otage from seeing things from my perspective on this subject matter. With guys I meet online...I tend to get very suspicious when my initial intent when someone contact me is just for chat and getting to know them better. However, after just saying "Hello" and all of a sudden...this guy is asking if and when can he come and visit me for a weekend for hookup purposes and they are living thousands of miles away from me is rather ridiculous in my opinion and draws for me a "red flag" because they don't know if I'm a killer or psychopath as well....and what really annoys me is when I don't respond the way they think I should..then all of a sudden...I am a fake person with a fake profile. I remember this guy that I was see in the clubs all the time just last year. He and I would have frequent conversations from time to time ...but he did allow me to get to know him in a much better way although he would constantly ask me when I was going to take him home with me. Well...this one particular time...last year..I did...and it was a big mistake..because this guy wanted to screw me. I told him that was not happening and he did not take the answer "no" very well at all. Unfortunately...he attacked me physically. However..what he failed to realize is that I know how to kick ass very well when need be...which he soon found out. I chased him out my place butt naked kicking his ass. He was so stunned and shocked...that he lost concentration in regard to attacking me back. My mind went into this zone where I did not realize that I was naked...Fortunately...I just made it to the back driveway and it was really early in the morning hours..still dark outside. Nonetheless...this made me withdraw from casual hookups and being extra careful and cautious when I am approached in an aggressive manner.:no:~X(
