I paid the fee for fileserve and when I hit the download button, instead of allowing me to save to the computer, it begins to save to a temporary file to play on media player on my computer. Is there no way to save to a file to play at a later time from fileserve as more and more of the files are on that provider. Thanks

Assuming you are using MS Internet Explorer, have you tried right-clicking on the link or icon, then selecting "Save to.." which enables you to specify the destination.
Alternatively try using another browser like Firefox or Opera to download with.
