How to put flvs on discs

I use Nero and it is great, i can download all rar stuff on here but never flv stuff. i miss out on excellent posts, what do i need to convert flv so i can put these on discs? hope it makes sense, I am very thick so please explain simply.

Thanks a lot, I took a look but its beyond my capabilities, I will just stick to rapidshare avi/wmv files. Hope we see less flv files here though!

hmmm, i use NERO too, to put vids on disc, and i have no probs with .flv

what version NERO are you using?

You have to understand the type of media you are recording to. I didn't when I started and I wasted a lot of disks.
