We seem to have an influx of Japanese sushi places over here all of a sudden. I'm mostly veggie, but I will eat fish occasionally. RAW fish though - no way!!

In New Jersey, there is a chinese buffet on almost every corner and no mexican buffets at all, really not a mexican restaurant except possibly in the cities...although I dare say that if there were mexican buffets they'd be run by asians (no offense intended).

Um, have you noticed how fast mexican food gets all stale and nasty a while after you order it? The taco shells lose their crunch, cheese gets all hard, beans turn thick and crusty... It's meant to be devoured right away, not sit under heat lights all day.
On the other hand, chinese food is always great the next day!

In Houston for Sunday Brunch is an awesome Mexican Buffett called Cadillac Bar, the food is fresh, tasty and they offer bottomless Bloody Mary's! Yummy!

I never go to restaurants. Always cook my won meals. Souvlakia is a (not so big) spear with peaces flavored meat. You grill it. Tasty and easy to make.

We have a lot of the Chinese buffets, sushi restaurants, and Chinese buffets with sushi, but no where do I find a boy buffet.
