Your life is over and ruined! No challenges mean nothing to strive for. You'd stagnate.

That's why people who win many millions in lotteries often destroy themselves internally. There is nothing left to do, it's the struggle that keeps you alive.

There is of course a lot you can do, if you care enough you can use that energy to help make a difference to others. It's easier to do if you're in a position of strength. So many sadly will just sit back. Depends on your personal convictions and morals and goals. There is always something more to achieve, I don't believe you can ever have everything!
