my Mom used to give me small glasses of warm 7-UP after I puked to make me feel better. I think it just made me PUKE MORE! (God I HATE THAT)
From what I've learned...if you're traveling down Ralph Ave.:? - I don't think there are any detours that work other than to just BLOW your lunch and try to go sleep...
Hope you feel better IP...all I can say is take 2 aspirin and call me in the morning??? (WOW -- that was lame)

I don't mind being ill if I can stay home & watch movies and dabble on the net, even if not feeling so good.
It's when you just can't do anything but lie in bed feeling rotten I hate.
A hot toddy, a good wank and sleep !! That's Dr. X's remedy and you'll be right as rain tomorrow !!

You've had this a couple of days by now! If you're puking everything up that will make you tired. If you're able get a tin of soup, something easy, it might help settle things.
You may have flu, or could even be food poisoning!! If it is you'll just have to let it work through the system but make sure you drink plenty of water or you'll dehydrate, and that will intensify any headache.
Keep warm !!
