Is Cameraboys.com popup malicious??

Just a while ago, I was checking out gaypornbb and clicked on an image hosted on Imagerise.com. I think that led to a popup from Cameraboys.com. I saw it and exited it out, without clicking on anything.

Do you guys think or know if it's dangerous? I really hope not and this will be the first/last time I click on imagerise pics.

Has anyone encountered this before?

Can't speak for that particular case but many many image hosts have pop up ads.

Mostly they're more annoying than anything as pop-up blockers don't seem to work for everything.

Just make sure you have a good virus checker on, mine immediately blocks anything suspicious so it has never happened

Yeah, I remember imagebam had a popup as well, but only if you clicked on its page.

Actually when I just logged in here today, there was a popup. I haven't seen a popup appear since during the summer.. so the cameraboy popup might be from here. Can someone confirm?

If those ads are from here, are those popups less dangerous?

Cameraboys I think is part of livejasmine and it's quite safe.

If you visit this forum without being automatically logged in you'll get a cameraboys pop-up.

If using Mozilla browser, get the Adblock Plus plug-in(found in tools). When a popup appears, right/left click and use Adblock Plus to disable it popping up again.

I usually just try and click the "x" as quick as possible to exit out of that. I'm weary of clicking inside the actual popup since it could be a gif.
