Depends in what context... if Facebook I'd even unfriend my mom... why would I want to be an online friend with my mom when I can just call her, and beside she's my mom ;) For others if I haven't got any contact with them for sooo long I sure unfriend them because I'm not a friend collector... don't need 3000 online friends when those three REAL friends I have suffise me plenty enough.

If your not even close, no. Even if you do, so what? People have un-friended me before and I couldn't give a shit. That person might feel a little salty, but he/she will move on.

I don't think so. Everyone has a right to choose their friends be it facebook or in real life.

I agree. I have less than 300 friends on FB, and I only really talk to about 10% of them. The others are just acquaintances or random people that added me. I've never unfriended anyone. Even if I don't really talk to the person, some of these people post interesting stuff.

You can not be friends with everyone.

How others can not be all our friends.

Often we nourish hostile feelings for no particular reason.

Then, getting to know better, we change our attitude.
