Is my ISP blocking ipicture?

Hey I'm wondering about some problems I'm having with ipicture.ru.

The page doesn't load when I try to get on it, also when I bring up threads I've started with pics linked to ipicture, they don't show up. I'm wondering if my ISP might be monitoring my activity and blocking my access. The site worked for me just yesterday then it stopped working.

I need someone to check from your end to see if the block is coming from the ipicture site or from my ISP. Can someone reading this check these threads of mine to see if the pictures of the screencaps show up in the posts for you?

This one had thumbnails attached that I attached to the post itself but it is also supposed to have a large thumbnail pic within the the post itself.

Also any feedback on whether you should protect your surfing somehow from your ISP...there's nothing illegal on my threads but I know gay content gets singled out by monitors.

It seems that ipicture.ru is currently down - I used it myself for most of my posts; hopefully they will be back soon !

Now I'm using pimpandhost and I think it works great; should ipicture.ru not come back within the next few days I guess I will have to edit my latest posts X_X

I only just started so it's only a few that are down...But thanks for letting me know ipicture is down for everyone and it's not just me. What a relief!

What happens to all the picutre hosts?
I use P&H and ipicture myself and now that.
ipicture was always very reliable and I thought the downtime a few days ago was a rare exception. I hope they will be back soon!
