if a close jdownloader while downloading some file then after i want to download it again from the same then it restarts the download.in other words,it doesn't resume files,help.....

also,how to check which router i have.

Do you have a premium account with the file sharing host you are downloading with? Most hosts only allow "resume downloads" for premium users.
