I have a friend with the same condition (ataxic cerebral palsy) and if anyone ever touched him I would kill them... I seriously can't believe someone would do this... I'm not sure about the girl, but my friend just turned 17 and he still struggles to walk. The fact that anyone would do that makes me feel sick.

This happened about seven years ago. The girl kept the video secret all that time. She finished school, probably at her parents expense and waited until he was up for re-election and only then did she release the video...
