This nonsense with the tattoos doesn't prove anything. The state of technology means we're long past the stage where it is possible to be absolutely certain a low quality pic is genuine. The only sure way of knowing is from the reaction of the subject, that is if they admit it is them or start getting litigious.
The fact that these pictures are all black and white makes them highly suspect. It's much easier to make elaborate fakes in B&W without matching skin tones. Assuming these are selfies, why would he change them to B&W before sending them in this day and age? Who does that?
