not sure i can make it but i have to try its time...lol

I've already discussed with you the best way to stop, but we're all different and and have different ways which suit us in any issues.

Don't EVER be worried about talking to me, I've plenty of time for you and you know that! It's never going to be an inconvenience, and you know damn well you have friends who care, not just me !!

Depending on how long you've been going and how much you've been consuming you may need help. The body sometimes can't cope without it.
There are places to go, people to talk to when you really need the help.
You must reach out to them. You've already posted here, so that means you've taken the first step to recognizing a problem and working to fix it.
Don't give up or give in. The first several days will be hell, but you've been in hell for a while it sounds like.
