I would like to ask if there is a chance for me to get sued if i uploaded a video of cam models' shows?

If it's not a professional studio, there's a very little chance for getting sued. Of course if you post anything that appears to be underage there will be serious consequences and and your post will be removed immediately.

Can u elaborate more about "not a professional studio" does anyone had been sent to jail because of it?

The answer is not simple, because the field of law that regulates these things, varies from country to country.
