Luka Rocco Magnotta, age 29, is wanted by Canadian police for killing and dismembering a man in Montreal, and then sending parts of the body to members of the Conservative Party of Canada.

Magnotta -- who also goes by the name Eric Clinton Newman and Vladimir Romanov -- is a bisexual porn star who has done a number of low-budget films. His victim is an acquaintance of Magnotta's, and police say Magnotta filmed himself murdering and dismembering the man. The video shows Magnotta stabbing another man with an ice pick while the victim lies naked and tied up. Magnotta then reveals he has slashed the other man's throat. He then dismembers the corpse and performs sexual acts with it.

Montreal police found a man’s torso in a suitcase in a heap of garbage behind Magnotta's apartment building on Tuesday, May 29. That same day, a man's foot mailed to the Conservative Party headquarters in Ottawa. Police inspectors later found a man's hand in a package at a postal warehouse in Ottawa. The hand was addressed to the Liberal Party of Canada
