I'm definitely a trimmer... but how short you want to go is really up to you as a personal preference. I like to use an electric bodyhair trimmer with attachments and use different lengths: chest/stomach around 1/4", butt 1/8", and pubes about 1/2"

I don't shave/trim anything except my beard. My personal preference is for other people to go without doing so too (regardless of gender), but I can deal with some light trimming. 99% of the time, if they take off too much hair, it's a turn off for me.

It does piss me off though, if people want to shave/trim their bodies, that some other people try to shame them for it. Ditto for people who try to body shame hairy people.
