TLC ran a few special shows on her. The most recent was a few Sundays ago and how the family was so happy that she was able to make it to her tenth birthday. Sadly she lost her on going health battle to the flu I believe. Sounds like her kidneys weren't always good also she didn't have any orphaces below the belt so she had to use special bags that were used. Sirenomelia is so sad

Never heard of her until now. Googled her to find some photos. She was a cutie. Sad she has left us. So many people are leaving us this year.

Yes oddly it seems as though 2009 has been the year of death so to speak. So many celebs and notable people.

Yes it is such a shame...she truly was an inspiration to many handicapped kids and young adults who I'm sure today have felt they lost a dear friend.
