I think he's a great actor who has grown substantially. In Eden Lake where I first saw him he was moving wallpaper, but by X-Men First Class he had so much personality and skill onscreen. His best performance, however, was as a synthetic in Prometheus. A really measured performance there, easily the best thing about a film with a lot of lost potential.

Gladly there's gonna be a sequel for Prometheus. Wonder if its gonna be a continuation from the last story (the last survivor and Michael went to the planet of those alien) or is it gonna be like the first movie, just different character, start from the beginning.

Not to hijack the topic, being Michael Fassbender, but when it comes to a sequel for Prometheus I'm torn. After all, Cameron's Aliens was amazing after Scott's original Alien but a very different beast altogether (which is what made it good).
